As a South Carolina daycare negligence attorney, I want you to know that your infants and toddlers have rights. I have seen far too many preventable childcare injuries in Columbia and other parts of our state. The SC legislature has passed laws aimed at protecting our most vulnerable, though more can always be done. If your baby goes to a daycare (i.e. “child development center”), please know that the facility must comply with safety rules. When a facility violates these rules, they have committed negligence.
